Worst customer service and holiday booking experience that I have ever had. I have no confidence that I will be going on this holiday, 2 weeks of trying to get a name change (their error) still not resolved. So hard to speak to anyone and then get fobbed off. First and las time booking with Travel Republic. Never again.

Do not use this service! I had a booking with them (very bad idea!) and they tried to scam me for 350. Initial booking was made for 10 days hotel accommodations and I've paid a 15 deposit and a part from the booking for 350. Few days later I've contact them to cancel half of my booking so I should keep 5 days from 10, after days of waiting for an response a lady told me that I can cancel half but I should pay more then half of initial booking, instead of 650 I should pay now for 5 days 750, probably this lady is very high rewarded for her work. which is not bad.100 just for few changes on my booking.

So I've decided to cancel, she was agreed with this and sent me the deposit (15) straight away but no full refund was made instead she sent me around 10 emails saying that my refund has been already paid in my account, which was a lie obviously., several days I've called, email them and nothing. I had to contact PayPal and my bank to get my refund. Just disgusting so if you don't like this kind of situations reconsider your travel provider

Do not use this company, money grabbers, had my mother crying over the phone when she already gave them plenty of notice to cancel her sister as she was diagnosed with cancer, and my mother was going for her 80th birthday, waut for it we sent them a letter from doctor saying my aunty couldn't fly, but that didn't stop them refusing a refund and telling us just to carry on as if she was going as you wouldn't get money back anyway, discusting shameful company, once they get your money they dont care, BE WARNED DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY, half of staff also dont speak English.

I am waiting for hours to speak with someone! My intention to call them is just to confirm my hotel booking. I have paid my booking and they still not giving me a confirmation email. This is crazy. I cannot talk to anyone about this. Don't even know how to cancel as I am waiting for hours already!. Can you imagine if I am arrived and try to check in into the destination hotel and have to wait for them to answer the call? AVOID

Money grubbers DO NOT USE, we had flights cancelled they didnt let us know we had to do everything ourselves ended up losing half of our holiday and no contact from this company no refunds we even had to arrange new transfers. once these peopleget the money off u then u dont hear from them
