Waited 2 hours on the phone to make changes and the call was dropped intentionally. They never answer the calls. This is what happens when big companies (TUI) takes over small companies (Crystal Ski)!

Next to useless. Not only did they get our details wrong on multiple occasions but their customer service is poor. Their partners in resort are poor. They are disorganised and overall a complete waste of time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely shockingly bad. Don't answer phone brother was on hold 5 hrs. Changed our holiday from next week to next year when retrospectively applying discount that they failed to do on first booking. Then advised us if we wanted to go this year instead of next year and canceled next years we would lose 600 quid discount. Now no holiday or refund yet and have lost our deposit.

Also lie said they had read itinerary over phone then unable to provide the recording when asked to corrobate that statement. Now not going on holiday a d so disappointed avoid this bunch of cowboys

Worse than the tinder swindler Shambles, fraudulent and dishonest. We expected more booking with a subsidiary of TUI who purport to be the world's number one travel business. We received a call three days before our departure informing us that our holiday had been cancelled as the hotel has experienced multiple fires and was no longer operating. They made a song and dance about offering us a refund.hilarious customer service.

No offer of alternative holidays, no compensation just terrible customer service. We decided to do some further digging and found out 4 days later the hotel had not had a single fire they had simple overbooked and needed to reduce the number of guests. Dishonesty and fraud at its best! We were due to stay at Hotel Ski Lodge in Val D'Isere. The tinder swindler would not even recommend Crystal Ski to his enemies.

Hotel was lovely and can't be faulted. However transport was the worst: Crystal flight only flight delayed on way out of Bristol. Delayed again on bus, five hours late into resort, missed dinner reservations, no apology. No updates when stuck on bus for three hours waiting outside airport to leave. Flight and transfers back delayed. Now bags delayed at Bristol over an hour. Only generally book with Crystal to ensure simple transport arrangements. Would have been easier and quicker to sort ourselves which we will probably do next time.

Crystal made a mistake with my booking. They recorded the wrong year! Then refused to refund without withholding a 600 deposit. When I asked them to check the phone log - I booked on phone - they conveniently could t find it. They then accused me of lying stating that the holiday would've been read back to me. Bizarre experience. Had to contact them via Twitter because they woukdnt answer their phone - 5 hours on hold. Buyers beware.

For the second time a shambles with ski school. The first time in Bansko my kids were out in mixed group with adults and then left unattended (aged 8) by the ski instructor who asked if they wanted to do another run. This time round despite calling to confirm the morning lessons (which were the reason I'd booked the holiday with Crystal in Tignes) were moved to the afternoon 8 days before our departure.

Phone message said it was because ESF moved the dates but actually the lessons are with Evolution 2 so just sounds like Crystal have sold lessons that don't even exist. This is before even going - doesn't fill me with optimism about the holiday itself.

For many years we have used Cystal Ski with huge success and support. Sadly our experience with our recent holiday was negative. Terrible issues trying to contact them before holiday. No rep in our hotel or the whole resort! No support when I fell and fractured my radius. Still waiting to hear back from them regarding a refund on ski hire.l can't get hold of them. Really sad to see a company go down hill incredibly quickly.

Ruined our holiday, worst company ever! we rebooked the same holiday 3 years on the trot due to covid and they've let us know a month before our holiday that they over booked hotel tango and they are moving us to some disgusting apartments the laughable thing is that that our friends booked on 6 months after us and they still have their rooms so it's clearly not first come first served its just whose paid the most for their room. Awful customer service wish i took my money out of the company rather than letting it sit in their bank for 3 years for them to screw us! JOKE

We've been badly let down by Crystal Ski who changed our skiing holiday 10 days before departure to a woefully inadequate substitute. We originally booked to stay at Park Piolets Mountain Hotel & Spa, which is a highly rated hotel in Grandvalira resort in Andorra. Crystal Ski changed it to Sant Gothard hotel (rated 3.5 on tripadvisor) located in Vallnord, which, as I understand, is a much smaller skiing resort compared to Grandvalira.

We were expected to pay a similar price we paid for our original booking, despite the fact that the accommodation at Sant Gothard and skiing lessons at Vallnord were priced much lower at Crystal Ski portal (it would have been much cheaper for me to refuse the substitute, take the refund, and book that same hotel and the skiing extras with Crystal Ski from scratch).

The customer service was appalling - I waited for 2 hours on the phone to get through to talk to someone only to be told that I can cancel my booking if I'm not happy with the substitute. No compensation was offered if I were to cancel. I had no choice but to cancel and to find a last-minute alternative, which was obviously much more expensive than what we paid when we booked the Park Piolets option back in August.
