I chose a holiday to Cuba with On-The-Beach. There was confusion on the visa requirements and we almost had to pay an additional ?60. The taxi's that they were supposed to arrange never turned up going to and from the resort. Rather than wait months to try and get a refund on the ?80,00 taxi fares we had to take them to court. They are the worst holiday company that we have ever dealt with.
