Tracy is a pro in all senses of the word. Competent, creative, and committed. From the simple to the complex - and our travel got complex in a hurry due to Covid - Tracy was there for not only me as Trip Leader, but for EVERY participant that signed up. She made me look good and she handled the many challenges that we encountered with speed and accuracy.
Her sense of humor kept me going when I got stressed, and more than ANYONE related to this entire trip to Peru, I had 100% confidence she would deliver. And she did, and she does. When you have intricate travel or are going to more exotic places, you MUST have Tracy on your side.

Tracy was so helpful in planning our trip to St. Lucia, especially because of the COVID restrictions. We travel a lot, and so not going anywhere all year, we were in need of a vacation and wanted to go somewhere that was allowing travel and found that most Caribbean Islands were allowing visitors (with restrictions). I haven't been to this area and I usually like to research a ton before travel but with work being so crazy, I didn't have as much time to look into everything. Tracy was super amazing at helping us find the best hotel that would work for the kind of trip we wanted.
She was very prompt at responding to all of my emails with questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the area we were going. It was weird for me to hand over a vacation and everything to someone else, because I normally book trips and research all on my own, but after having Tracy help with this trip, I wouldn't hesitate to have her help us out again.

I didn't think about work the entire week! Tracy planned a family vacation that was filled with outdoor activities the whole family would enjoy. Hiking, White Water Rafting and Zip Lining amongst wildlife sighting in Yellowstone was just the type of vacation we needed at this time of Covid-19. I never worried about the logistics of getting from point to point, everything was taken care of. Tracy made sure I knew what to expect so that there were no surprise's except for the good kind. Best Vacation Ever!
