Cannot speak highly enough about the holiday CV Villas organised for myself and a group of friends. Everything was taken care of, starting with flights and ending on organising a private chef for our special nights. The location was second to none! Will definitely be booking holidays with CV Villas again.

Very expensive and not good at all! What are you waiting for when you rent a luxury villa?! Our family was expecting a certain level of standards and quality of provided services for such a high price. ( more than 1000eu per day) The house itself has a huge potential, but now it is in very poor condition: the works were done a long time ago and are very inaccurate.
Everything should be refurbished. Inside the house, you do not have air conditioning. One of the rooms that is considered as sleeping for 2 people does not have any bed - just 2 mattress, to get there you have to climb a crazy ladder; inside you do not have any opening windows; so it is like an oven. The furniture in the house is old, very old, the beds are uncomfortable; the owner invested in very poor decoration.
There is an impression that the owner collects all of the old furniture that he does not need any more and placed here. Most of the photos on the web site do not comply with reality. The equipment in the chateau is the oldest and cheapest you can imagine: 1. there are no simple and necessary things as blender or mixer, steam cook, neither kitchen robot; 2. no scale in the kitchen; 3. the glasses and cutlery are from IKEA and some of them are broken; 4. the plates are broken; 5. no sound system (Sonos) in the house or outside; 6. no bicycles provided; what else to do in this region? 7. no WiFi in the whole house, just on the basement. 8. no printers (we were told that there Is one but in a closed room) 9.
Piano is locked 10. All the equipment in the bathrooms are damaged (limestone)and some broken 11. The oven and the fridge last from the late 90th. 12. No ice machine or dispenser ( sometimes 40* outside) Etc etc The service in the house you should provide according to the contract and advertisements is 4 times a week for 3 hours(according to the contract and conditions.) Under any pretext, the home maid always postpones - in two weeks we saw her just 2,5 time!
Thus the house is disgusting and filthy: 1. The garbage you need to bring to the bin container by yourself; that is located rather far away from the house. ( maybe 350 m)The maid never threw it away even In the rooms. 2. The laundry services are not provided and if you want to do it by yourself you will have to remind the ancient times because there is no modern technic to do that. ( no dryer, old washing machine.) 3. Linen Change: we had just 1 time for more than 2 weeks 4.
The baby's room was cleaned just 1 time for more than 2 weeks. 5. The daily housekeeping consists just to clean the floor. It's really a scandal and not fair at all. For the asked price it looks like a swindle. Last but not least: there is a kind of ballroom just beside, 150 meters away. So you can forget about quiet nights because of the loud music till 4 in the morning there!
We had to call the police already several times to stop the din It's really unexpected when you rent in the middle of nowhere and looking for rest. No words about that! We sent this information first to the agency but didn't get any return.

Unfortunately, after many great trips to NE Corfu, CV Villas have dropped the ball this year. After taking advice from the sales agent, I booked a weeks holiday in Avlaki. We arrived and found our villa was next to a fully operational building site complete with the dust, noise and vibration you would expect. Speaking to the local office, they assured me that the London Office was fully aware and should have told me about it.
The London office denies knowing anything about the building site, so I am not sure who I should believe. The local office then confirmed that I should expect drilling, dust and lorries in only the first and last days of my holiday, thinking this was going to be fine. Day two, the digging, banging and stream of trucks continued so. On the second day of our holiday we packed our things, jumped in the car and were moved to a much quieter villa, although it was a lovely villa, it was not in the area we had booked.
After three weeks I am still waiting to hear what went so badly wrong with my booking. Sadly, after several emails, I still haven't heard from CV Vilas as they are 'still waiting to hear from the villa owner' so they can provide me with a full report. I am not sure why, but this post will be updated when I do. To be continued.

We had a fantastic week in Corfu staying at Melyssia House. From the start, all the staff we spoke with in the London office were fantastic and knew their villas inside out, which then resulted in them pairing our group with Melyssia House. This villa is out of this world. Our party was two families and they provided everything for a 10 month and a 2 year old, however we also want to go back without children too and a group of friends!
The villa manager is brilliant and helped us book restaurants, hire boats and recommend local sights to see. The decor and equipment in the house is outstanding. The view was our favourite part and for the entire stay never got old. I would recommend hiring a car but then it is less than 10 minutes away from lots of different areas with lovely restaurants and supermarkets. We will definitely be returning to stay. Thank you CV Villas, did you also fix the weather to be 28 degrees every day the last week in October!

Could not recommend CV villas enough. I booked a holiday to Morroco and it was incredible, the villa was out of this world and even had a chef. We had a few questions about the villa and some tricky dietary requirements. But the staff were really helpful and accommodating. We've booked again for this year already! Thanks CV Villas.
