We had a great trip to Reberty last year. The staff were very friendly, and our two year old was well cared for. Family Ski Company seemed to attract friendly clientele, and we enjoyed spending time in the chalet with our fellow guests. The wine was very drinkable too! We're very seriously considering returning this season.

We have just had a fantastic week in Reberty with The Family Ski Company. Chalet Genevieve was lovely with fantastic hosts and food. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the employees and our hosts Eloise and Sylvie were brilliant. Our kids loved the ski lessons and clubs, the staff made sure they had loads of fun! We can't wait to come back.

Just finishing a week at chalet Imogen in Reberty. We stayed with family ski previously as part of wider group at chalet Jazz. We had a lovely time and rebooked based on that experience with friends new to family ski. But not this visit. The nursery staff were great with our 13 month old son and Ottilie and Ruby our hosts were lovely and very accommodating.
But they did not have support and resources needed, not as had been the case on our previous visit. The chalet was unacceptably cold in the lounge, other guests who become our friends put their children to bed in circa 11 degrees (as measured on their baby monitor) in thermals and hoodies. We were told they would turn on the underfloor heating (why would that be turned off?!?) which never came on.
They supplied and electric heater for the lounge which was warm but less than ideal with babies shuffling around as hot and unsafe. We felt Family Ski has cut back on staff (less than we had had previously, same cost to us though) and resources since our last visit. We also booked the chalet looking forward to the hot tub after skiing which was cold on the Monday after our return from the slopes arriving late Sunday.
It warmed up the following nights but not cool (no pun intended). Our heating problems were not solved throughout our stay, and this is not premium. Fix it family ski, you used to great, but this was poor and we won't be back. For the money this isn't worth it. As said before it's not premium as was sold and experienced before. My partner dealt with head office when booking who once had our money seemed to change totally to not caring.
The care from them was not felt since taking our cash, even when I posted a poor review about the heating 3 days in on trust pilot nothing changed. Stayed under my partners name Ducker (in case family ski attempt to deny my holiday as appears to be the case with so many other reviews), took pictures of the staff manual as don't want this dismissed as I didn't stay when we have.

We stayed in Chalet Imogen last week (alongside the Ducker family - see Justin Gentleman's review). The children's bedroom read 11-14 degrees on our (reliable) video monitor. 14 degrees was the temperature in the cot. I don't think many people would accept this for their kids (or anyone). I stayed with Family Ski Company in Chalet Les Arolles, Les Coches and what can I say - I had the most amazing holiday! It was mine and my daughters first time skiing and as a single parent who was very nervous about the whole experience I can honestly say that I was put at ease by the reassuring, supportive Family Ski staff and managed to complete 6 mornings of ski lessons!
The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, the chalet was located in the most amazing place possible - I spent most afternoons relaxing in the hot tub people watching with a glass of wine whilst my little girl was taken great care of in childcare which she loved! The childcare staff made her so comfortable and at ease and at the end of the week she didn't want to leave! The food was fantastic, not to mention the unlimited wine! I will definitely return - thank you Family Ski Company for welcoming me to the world of skiing!

Just come back from another wonderful holiday with Family Ski Company. Once again, the childcare was top notch, my children had a fantastic week. The ski school helper Alex, was great, all children thought he was the best. Nia, our cook loved after us well and the food was to the usual excellent standard, with plenty of it. Already booking for next year, which can't come soon enough!

We have skied with Family Ski for almost 10 years! Our sons have grown up spending winter holidays with Family Ski in Ardent & Reberty. We have seen staff come and go but every year we have been greeted with pleasant, friendly and hard working staff. The standard of child care is very high as is the excellent catering and hospitality. The accommodation is well placed in Family friendly resorts.
Finding a balance between adults enjoying themselves and managing to relax and children getting the full winter experience and learning to ski is hard but Family Ski made that possible. Thanks to you all and we can't wait to see you again soon

We just got back from our holiday in Ardent with Family Ski last weekend. The chalet (Perce Neige) was wonderful, the staff friendly and the location ideal. I've been skiing for over ten years, my wife more than twenty. We have never experienced such outstanding hosting as that received from Family Ski hosts - Angus and Abbie this year. Angus' cooking and service was truly restaurant class and nothing was too much trouble for Abbie who was incredibly attentive, helpful and very sweet with our children.
In terms of the overall holiday experience, it was absolutely first class. The chalet is luxurious and was kept impeccably clean by our hosts, the choices of wine on offer were outstanding. Likewise, the quality of ingredients and choice of breakfast cereals for the kids was terrific. Ardent itself is well placed at the bottom of a bubble lift - and a blue run - and has a couple of bars and ski shops as well as the chalets. We would love nothing more than to return to the same chalet next year.
