Norman Allen Group Travel (NAGT) is a long established, privately owned and independent company, exclusively involved in group travel and dedicated to providing high quality British, Irish, European and Worldwide tours by coach and by air. We are proud of our long history and are firmly committed to the principles of excellent service, innovation and high quality touring.
We know how hard it is to keep coming up with new hotels and ideas to attract the interest of all us coach operators. You could say that a wholesaler is a wholesaler, is a wholesaler, but there's nothing quite like the personal touch and it's good to know that over the years you have developed an understanding of exactly what we like, what we don't like and tailor our tours accordingly.
If an urgent operational issue arises and you need to make contact with us outside office hours please use our normal telephone number. You will be referred to our response centre and one of our managers will quickly call you back. Our response centre will require the tour name and reference, brief details of the issue and your name and contact telephone number.
We have an opportunity for a full time Tour Coordinator. The role involves regular liaison with clients and suppliers and includes a wide range of tasks, from preparing client quotations to packaging tours and administering operations. The successful applicant will work as part of a team, taking on responsibility for specific clients or countries. A key skill required is the ability to work accurately, quickly and with close attention to detail.
