Baldwins Travel has eight branches in Kent and Sussex, and is one of the few independent, family-run, travel agency groups in the South East of England. We're also part of The Advantage Travel Partnership. Baldwins Travel has been established for over 120 years, and has grown to become the largest independent, family-run travel agent in Kent and Sussex. It's been family-owned, first by the Baldwins family, then by the Botting family, and then by the Marks family until 2021 when it was acquired by Inc & Co Group.
Nick joined Baldwins Travel in 1998, and is a very well-known and respected leader in the travel industry. He looks after various parts of the business from Corporate Travel to Marketing and Accounting. Father of two, he spends much of his leisure time enjoying being with his daughters. His passion for skiing remains all-consuming and he enjoys sharing with our customers his experiences on the slopes.
Our travel agent branch teams advise on and sell holidays to our fantastic customers. A normal day for a Travel Consultant is always varied; you might be speaking to a Tour Operator one moment and serving in our Foreign Exchange bureau the next. It's fast-paced, fun and you'll get opportunities to go abroad to explore further the products we sell.

Having dealt with Baldwins Travel for both a couple of personal trips, and a big corporate Christmas function, I can say that I'm truly impressed by all their staff. Lancelot especially has come up with some wonderful suggestions on my personal trips, which I wouldn't have even known about. Unfortunately since my previous review my opinion has changed! Unhelpful staff who show no compassion or willingness to help sort a situation out.
Have now been waiting for 124 days for a refund for a cruise that MSC cancelled in April. Legal proceedings have now begun to claim back monies owed to me, over 1000. They can't handle questions or comments on twitter and blocked me a month ago when I asked if there were any updates on the refund. That's not the way to deal with a customer. Forewarned is forearmed.

Lance organised a trip for us to Bangkok and then Krabi, and everything was perfect, all the flights, transfers and taxis arrived on time and we had the most amazing holiday, we would definitely recommend Baldwins, will 100% use them again and would recommend their services to others. Excellent service from Katie at Baldwin's. I haven't used a travel agent for nearly 20 years but this year with 4 kids and 4 adults all with different requests I needed some help. Katie was fantastic and really understood the type of holiday we were looking for. She has taken all the hard work and stress out of booking and I will definitely be back!

We have used Baldwins Travel a few times to book our family holidays and have always been very impressed! Trish and Janet particularly stand out for excellent customer service. They are good at recommending resorts and hotels and always find a great price - normally finding ways to add in little extras too! We thoroughly recommend and plan on using them again for a new adventure next year.

Used Baldwins Travel to book a family holiday in the Easter Holidays, the service and knowledge received was fantastic, Charles was very informative with ensuring we had everything we need including the DVLA check I was unaware of.
