As an independent travel agent, we offer probably the widest range of holiday products available. We do not limit your choice, we do not favour a particular company's products - we sell what's best for you at prices you can afford. We will take the time to listen to your requirements and will use our knowledge and experience to find the holiday that best meets your dreams.
Services
Although we do not run our own coach holiday breaks, we do offer them through a selection of coach companies. They have a selection of pick up points and if you are in the area, Woods Travel will pick you up from your home. Call us at Beacon Travel to check availability and for more information, we have arranged many successful holidays for our customers for many years with these travel companies.
Where applicable unless stated by the tour operator or booking agent, a deposit will be required at the time of securing your booking. The deposit required is different between the tour operators and you will be notified by us (Beacon Travel) before accepting and proceeding with your booking. Deposits are non refundable.
Back in 2009, on the cusp of taking over from the Williams family, running day trips was not something that we did. However, a couple of Crowborough friends decided that this is what they needed in their life and that we should arrange something for them to enjoy. Aspects of the trip didn't really work, but it was obvious there was a need to provide such a service to the community. Over the years we have become more ambitious with our programme and visited some interesting known and unknown places.

Paul was such a great help with our initial booking for December 2021. Then he invited us back in to go through all the Covid forms that we had to complete in the UK and in resort. He set up accounts for us, carefully went through each procedure and completely put our minds at ease. It meant that we were streets ahead of other people in resort when it came to filling in locator forms and doing our tests for the UK. I would highly recommend Paul. He is always so positive and helpful. Local business too so good reason to support him. We would go to Paul every time we go away.

We have very satisfactorily used Paul/ Beacon Travel for a number of years. However for the last couple of years we have been particularly impressed not only with usual holiday arrangements but also with the personal help Paul gave us in navigating all the complex requirements relating to Covid. This included for both years, this year in particular, out of hours time put in by Paul to ensure trouble free travel both ways. We would not hesitate to recommend travel services provided by Paul's company.

Great experience booking our holiday to Florida. The team where friendly and knowledge and answered all questions and queries quickly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They sorted out everything, even down to reserving our requested seats on the plane. When we discovered an issue with our rental car charges when we go home, they also dealt with this for us too. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had a very easy experience booking our holiday through Beacon Travel with helpful advice. When we arrived we were not happy with the food at the hotel, we contacted Beacon Travel via email who responded almost immediately asking us for more information and how we would like the problem resolved. Within 5 hours the whole situation had been sorted out for us whilst we sat on our sun loungers!
