Hired a coach for our wedding and it was the one thing that didn't go well on the day. Not a great thing for Edwards to be remembered for. The driver tried to make my wedding guests walk a mile up the road to board the coach at the end of the night, some of which were very elderly, claiming he couldn't get the coach up to the venue. Even though it had already been up there earlier in the day to drop them off and the venue regularly has coaches and large vehicles access them.
Also very poor attitude of the driver when we boarded, even to happy wedding guests which is incredibly weird. We paid alot of money for this service and anyone would think he was doing us a favour and we were putting him out? If the route is deemed unsuitable (which it wasn't because he ended up doing it after persuasion by our venue. ) then please ensure you scope the routes you are paid for and don't accept the booking so the customer can find someone who is capable.
The suggestion of my guests walking a mile at midnight was completely unacceptable behaviour and service. They were however on time so I do appreciate that and the customer service when booking was good. However I wouldn't recommend or use again unfortunately.

I recently returned from a 4 night trip with my elderly mother from Isle of Wight. We weren't sure if it would go ahead but there were very good and safe measures in place every day. Our driver Richard was one of the nicest and kindest men. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He helped me with the wheel chair and went over and above dropping mum and I off somewhere else near an excursion when we she couldn't manage the one on offer. A real asset to your company.

While driving from Bridgend to Port Talbot on a Friday night in terrible weather, with 50mph speed limits all over the M$ I had a huge Edwards coach inches from my back bumper for most of the journey. I was driving just over 50mph in the inside lane. Extremely dangerous driving - if I had had to brake I'd have had no chance! With drivers like this, I'd stay well clear.

I constantly get the local 100 bus service to work and the drivers are all so lovely every time! I've lost my keys and few cards on the buses in the past and every time the drivers have helped me to get them back no questions asked - such lovely people and make my 40min bus journeys that lil more pleasant Would be a 5 star but it's very rare the buses are on time - but luckily it's never affected me too badly

One of you of bus drives are shouting on the 141/07 and is say to kid that just stared " nothing stared till you got on this bus" I thought I welcome no abused by driver and the other children in year 7,8,9,10,11,12 by the way bus driver know as buch/Ryan he also he has a passenger who called Natalie and he eats and drinks wile driving no pupils are wearing seatbelt aswell when people are at the door he only see there passes when the council is if they he dose not care about the passes.

I left my wallet on their bus, took a week for anyone to find it. Then they managed to lose it again, find it and then lose it again before finally finding it. I had to drive to the depot three times as they could never find it when I arrived. Whilst the lost and found lady was kind, the rest of the staff were downright rude and didn't think it was their place to help.
