I couldn't recommend this firm more highly! Excited for Wales qualifying for the 2022 World Cup, I sought out options for package tours. Living in New Zealand, my options were limited, however I contacted Sam Smith Travel and they were excellent from start to finish. Once I advised Suzanne and Louise that I live in New Zealand, they went out of their way to help me in my time zone, including emails out of normal UK hours.
They also did their best to get prices down from their supplier, and ensured a reasonable cost. To top it off, Suzanne even went into work on a Sunday to clinch the price and tour confirmation for me, in the knowledge that with such high demand, the tickets I'd hoped to book would likely be gone. This team well and truly put the client first, and I couldn't be more thankful that I found them, and for their outstanding service.
