Just returned from a weeks holiday in Spain and thought I needed to get this review done while my memory is still fresh. Upon arrival at Mackadown lane(originally booked with APH and was going to Hams Hall, I wasn't advised of the new arrangement with airparks and only found out the night before by chance!) The staff member couldnt find my booking despite us having a print out with a booking reference so he had to completely re book and all this at 4:15 am!
The staff member then gave me a barcode ticket which I understood was for exiting the barrier on our return, so i left the ticket in the car which i self parked in the allocated space. On our return from holiday we waited at bus stop A, the bus came within 10 minutes but the driver was reluctant to let us on as we didnt have our ticket. This wasn't explained at the time of dropping the car off.
It appears we were not the only ones with this issue as others were having difficulty boarding the bus. So we were all finally allowed on and once back at the car park had the small matter of trying to reverse out of the space as the car in the row behind had pulled too far forward leaving very little room for manouvere. About 20 back and forth movements later with the aid of a banksman we were finally ready to exit.
At least the barcode ticket worked!.It seems to be rather confusing as some customers were keeping their car keys (as i was told to) and others leaving theirs at the site. We had used the APH Hams Hall site several times in the past with no issues and much prefer their set up.

Airport parking which is around 15 mins drive from Birmingham Airport. Easy enough to find and the compound looked secure. I upgraded on arrival, adding a car wash and to have the car moved close to the bus stop on arrival for 20. Buses are regular, just make sure you get the right one on your return as Airparks have two services to different places. Check with the driver when you get on.

Would have been 5 stars of they'd actually put the address of the car park on the booking details and the Tui app was down at the time so couldn't get it from them, the postcode i used was sending me back down the M42 away from the car park. Just by pure luck we were able to locate the address after searching frantically for it on the hard shoulder for 30 mins!

Whilst I was on holiday I came back to find the lovely BMW that had parked next to my car, had scratched all down the side of mine. It was clearly them has they had the scuffs on the bumper in the right spot and were parked badly. I reported this to the person working, and although they took some pictures they said I would need to get in touch with the customer service manager by email as they weren't working that day, and there probably wasn't going to be a lot they could do as there were no cameras. I emailed the manager, and haven't heard anything back. Extremely disappointing service not to even get a response. Wouldnt ever leave my car there again, absolutely shoddy!

We have received really good and appalling service here, the bus driver that left us at the bus stop in the freezing cold after coming back from a hot country holiday, to then being collected by the next driver who helped us on the bus with our cases, after the wait we shouldn't have endure in the freezing cold, the car parked behind and to the sides was so close we had to do a 50 point reverse out of the space with a banks man watching.
The only other good bit was the price that was very competitive with other providers, but the bad experience will definitely make me think twice as I hate the cold and having to wait in it, and a driver that couldn't wait a few seconds for us is not nice.
