I have to admit that we've not yet taken the ski holiday, which might render this review premature at best. However, I have found the responsiveness, thoughtfulness, patience and professionalism of the Ski Line rep Elaine so exceptional, I had to mention it here. Even if we don't end up taking the holiday due to Covid or quarantine or whatever, Elaine has been fantastic. A great asset to this company; I hope all the reps are as terrific as her.

Holiday went smoothly; however, Skiline took more than 300 more from my payment card than quoted. They forgot to add the ski school price in, and instead of admitting mistake, just charged the higher amount. This left me quite disappointed with them at the time.

Beware of Ski-Line Booked a holiday with Ski Line back in August 2019. paid in full 18k. Holiday was cancelled due to COVID-19, Ski-Line contacted us at 10.30 night before travelling. We are now 10 weeks on and have still not received a refund after numerous correspondence and telephone calls. They received payment from us promptly and are not complying with regulations to refund our money. No customer care whatsoever, we are left high and dry.

Just used Ski Line to go to Borovets, Bulgaria. The trip ran smoothly and the reps were always on hand if we had questions while we were there. Balkan holidays offered a number of activities to do each night such as a bar crawl, Mexican night etc this was really good as it was just the 2 of us and it gave us the option to meet some new people. Overall no real issues with Ski Line, the price we got was good and we were happy with our holiday.

I have used Skiline for years. Nikki is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a great back up admin team, where Roz goes beyond the call of duty to sort things out. I have booked 3 ski trips through Nikki this year and am already chatting to her about next year. She has the patience of a saint! I recommend Skiline to all my friends and family.

I have used Ski line for many years, and can only praise them for there dedication to supplying the exact ski holiday requested. There expertise in this field is second to none, and I would recommend them as your first port of call when planning a ski holiday.

Never having skied before and travelling on my own, Skiline built a package for me to Les Arc staying at Club Med. I have just returned and had one of my all time best holidays. Skiline have been a pleasure to deal with and i for one will be using them as my future ski holiday agent.

I've been booking my annual skiing trip with Ski Line for several years, normally I book on behalf of a big group of friends from my university days. The staff at Ski Line know about the ski resorts and which hotels and chalets are the best to book. When booking on behalf of my friends there is always the concern that something might go wrong and I know as the group leader, the blame would be pointed to me.

So its wonderful to have a travel agency that really know the ski market to help with advice and recommendations. I have total trust in their judgement. The documentation confirming my skiing holidays always arrives within minutes of booking. Ski Line are also happy to book ski school and their ski rental agreement with Ski Set saves my group a lot of hassle and money.

I've been skiing with a group for many years now, we tend to book chalets as we love the social aspect of a chalet holiday that we've not found when previously booking hotels. We booked into Club Med's all-inclusive hotel in Val d'Isere and found it to be even more social than a chalet. In a chalet the main focal point of the social activity is around the dinner table.

At Club Med we skied with other guests we met in the hotel and in the evening drank with them at the all-inclusive bar sharing stories of our day on the slopes. The children who traveled in our group also had a great time as they made friends with other English speaking children in their ski lessons so they were happy. The food was fantastic, we were initially skeptical at the thought of breakfast, lunch and dinner being buffet style meals but from day one we were well and truly sold.

It's not your typical finger buffet you might be used to, these were freshly prepared meals, some of which are made right there in front of you. There are so many different types of food on offer we really were spoil for choice. Looks like its Club Med from now on. Thanks Skiline for making the trip so wonderful.

I spoke to Sarah at Skiline and outlined our criteria for a ski holiday i.e. close to the piste etc. She was very helpful and immediately gave me a few suggestions of different chalets that might suit our group.
