Only one star because I had to. Maybe not this specific location but booking business travel through this company has been my single worst business travel experience ever (I've traveled quite a bit for work over the years). Who EVER heard of not receiving an itemized hotel receipt for business travel? Well, now we all have because that's how AMEX GBT rolls and gods forbid that, as an employee and thus NOT a cardholder, you attempt to find a number to contact for help because circles are (apparently) their favorite tactic to keep from providing anything even remotely resembling customer service.
Will never, ever, use again. We won't even discuss the quality of the accommodations they booked us at or the fact that it was significantly over-priced (to the tune of ~$100 more per night than same or better quality hotels w/in 2-3 miles). Never, ever again.

Worst business travel agency I worked with! So confusing. It has taken two months since I requested an invoice for a charge they do not even know what it is. I disputed the charge and they did not answer, I disputed it with my credit card but came back as it was for a service. Called many times GBT and they still do not why they charged me! Come on guys!
It is not the amount ($30) that I am mad now, just the fact that they charged me without being able to send me a n invoice or tell me what it was for! Unfortunately our company makes us use these guys, be sure I will be happy when we change! Also, for changing flights and help, they are useless, always need to call the airline directly, so I do not see why we have to use them.
