Second time with ferris won't be going again so disorganised, first time they didn't have a driver so had to wait hours, second time coach broke down, Hotels they use are in need of a big refurbishment, before we left we asked for a cot no reply so contacted them, they said it was an extra15 per night we had 3 young children with us and we were put on top floor with only stair access to last floor, carrying luggage, pram and children was a nightmare

Worse driver ever, looked like a scruff, hit another bus trying to force himself out of Cheltenham races today, and nearly hit several cars driving through the city cutting them off.

Great company to go anywhere with. London theatre breaks are great. Fabulous hotel in Blackheath. Drivers are brilliant and very curtious. We can't wait to book our next trip for November.

Been going to Spain with Ferris for many years. Fabulous company. Regular stops and hot and cold drinks for sale.

A very unprofessional driver was tailgating us with his coach in the third lane (buses and coaches aren't allowed). I understand this was just one driver but when we called to complain we were patronised and not taken seriously at all. Very disappointing as I thought they would be interested in keeping their drivers professional. Evidence has now been sent to police. Hopefully he did not have passengers on board while driving so carelessly.

From the outset, booking a trip with Ferris was a breeze. I felt assured and in safe hands; especially with the level of communication from Barclee and Darren. We were a group of 22 excitable hen party members on our way to Brighton from the Valleys. Dan our driver was brilliant. He arrived on time and let us take some time to decorate the bus. He was very patient and professional for the 6 hour journey (to and from Brighton), especially whilst we sang our hearts out the whole way.

He was friendly and approachable. The bus was brilliantly clean and we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the onboard toilet. It was also a very lovely surprise to have a bigger sized bus. We're a group that are always looking for the next trip destination and after this weekend, I can confidently say that I will be contacting Ferris and requesting Dan for future journeys. Thanks to the Team and to Dan. See you again soon, I'm sure.

I hired a coach and driver from Ferris to transport a group of supporters from Cardiff to Llanelli for Wales Women's opening world cup qualifying match. From the response to my initial enquiry, right up until the day itself, Barclee couldn't have been more helpful, I immediately felt reassured that I was in good hands. The coach itself was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of leg room.

The driver was smart and friendly. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received and the response I had from all on board was testament to that. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ferris again, thanks Barclee!

Wasn't fussed on the having to wait for rides as I have small children who need regular toilet visits and don't like standing still for longer than 5 minutes. I would have rather paid the extra in the actual Holliday and had fast track tickets, that would have made me go again maybe and would also consider that in the future. Thank God for the driver Chris!

If it wasn't for him I think you would have had a riot on your hands when there wasn't enough lego land tickets booked, but he kept calm and we were all happy to let him get on and sort it. He also went above and beyond to help his passengers. Thanks for a great experience. I'm only giving 4stars because of the ques and because the bus journey was fantastic.
