Not sure why a company out of TX has its product shipped from NJ/NY to points west. Shipping exceptions happen, as does life. But FedEx has more than logistical problems when it can't get a package from point a to point c because it has gone to y and z, first. In sub zero temps, not a smart idea to have cans of liquor sitting in trucks 2, 3, and 4 hours away when you were originally an hour and forty minutes away.
Your COO might want to take a closer look at your practices. Being in TX, we wanted to support a local company when choosing gifts for Christmas and New Years to send to family and friends. It has turned into a mess.

For the past two years I have been searching for an alternative to beer. White Claw. Truly. Dos Equis Ranch water. And I finally found the perfect trio! Ranch Rider Paloma is as good as anything I'd order from the bartender. Ranch Rider Chilton is an improvement on the vodka-lemonade. And the best ranch water I've ever had is the one you can buy in a can from Austin's very own Ranch Rider!
